Ingredients
- 1 Banana
- 1 Cup of water
- 1 Cup of brown sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Milk of choice
- 1-2 tsp Morning Made Original Matcha
Method
- In a saucepan, mash together the banana, water, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Cook until it thickens into a syrup-like consistency (about 10–15 minutes).
- Strain the syrup through a fine sieve to remove any solids, leaving a smooth banana-cinnamon syrup.
