Ingredients

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Cup of water
  • 1 Cup of brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Milk of choice
  • 1-2 tsp Morning Made Original Matcha

Method

  1. In a saucepan, mash together the banana, water, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
  2. Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Cook until it thickens into a syrup-like consistency (about 10–15 minutes).
  3. Strain the syrup through a fine sieve to remove any solids, leaving a smooth banana-cinnamon syrup.
