How many servings are in a Morning Made tin?

Each Morning Made tin contains 60 servings, so you can indulge in a really mindful morning ritual for a couple of months, and then come back for more. (Or try another flavour.)

Are your products safe for children?

All Morning Made powders are 100% organic, however, we recommend consulting your local doctor or pediatrician before introducing our products into a child's diet. Morning Made Matcha and Morning Made Chai do contain caffeine.

Do you have samples?

At the moment, we do not offer samples as we are currently in a transition period following our recent rebrand. We are hoping to introduce a sample program in the near future.

Where is Morning Made available?

Morning Made is currently available in Australia, New Zealand, and the United States. We are actively working on expanding to more regions.

The Matcha product information is unclear. Can you clarify calories?

We believe in transparency. Below is the calorie breakdown shared for our blends:

Are your products gluten free, dairy free, and vegan friendly?

Uh huh! This applies to all Morning Made products. We make sure we can impact as many mornings as possible, with our 100% organic powders.

Do your products contain caffeine?

Morning Made Matcha and Morning Made Chai both contain 30mg of caffeine per serve. Which is a small amount, less than a third of a traditional cup of coffee. Morning Made Turmeric is caffeine free if you want to opt out entirely.

Do your products contain any added sugar or artificial flavours?

All Morning Made products are 100% organic. Across the flavoured range you will find organic cane sugar added for natural sweetness.

Where do you source your ingredients from?

Morning Made Matcha is manufactured in New Zealand and the United States, using ceremonial grade matcha imported from the Uji region of Kyoto, Japan.

Morning Made Chai is manufactured in New Zealand and the United States, using organic ingredients sourced from Sri Lanka, Tanzania, India, Indonesia, Madagascar and Guatemala.

Morning Made Turmeric is manufactured in New Zealand and the United States, using organic turmeric powder sourced from India.

How do I make the perfect Morning Made latte?

Add 1 1/2 teaspoons of Morning Made Matcha, Chai, or Turmeric to your mug. Combine with roughly 75ml of water and whisk lightly until smooth and frothy. Top with hot or cold milk of your choice, plus ice if desired.

How should I store my Morning Made lattes?

Store your Morning Made products in a cool, dark place (like your pantry) to avoid exposure to moisture and sunlight.

Where can I find the nutritional information and ingredient list?

Why does the texture of my matcha vary?

We take great care to ensure our matcha is finely ground for a smooth experience, but slight variation can occasionally occur due to batch differences or processing methods.

How sweet is your Matcha?

Our flavoured Matcha blends contain 3g of cane sugar per serving to balance taste. If you prefer less sweetness, Unsweetened Matcha is available.

Can I change or cancel my subscription?

Absolutely. You can change or cancel your subscription at any time. We will automatically deliver to your door every 3, 4, 6, or 8 weeks.

How do I sign up?

Before adding your product to cart, select Subscribe & Save (instead of one-time purchase), then choose your preferred delivery schedule: every 3, 4, 6, or 8 weeks.

What are the subscription perks?

Enjoy 15% off all recurring products in your subscription, plus exclusive discounts on new and limited products and occasional free gifts.

How do I get my free gift?

It is automatic. A free gift (our Modern Whisk) is added to your first subscription order.

Can I add a discount code on top of my subscription discount?

Sorry, discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions. Your subscription already includes 15% savings.

Is there a minimum subscription?

There is no minimum order value and no minimum time period (cancel anytime). At this stage subscriptions are offered on 300g / 60 serve tins.

How can I cancel my subscription?

Once signed into your account, select Manage Subscription, then choose Manage and Cancel Subscription.

What is your shipping policy?

Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders that meet minimum spend thresholds. Region-based thresholds and rates apply for Australia, New Zealand, and the United States.

What is your refund policy?

Please inspect your order when it arrives to ensure everything is as expected and matches the website description. Please choose carefully and review the full refund policy for eligibility details.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Outside of Australia, we also ship to New Zealand and the United States. Orders in these countries follow the available shipping costs and delivery options shown at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order once it's been placed?

Yes, but be quick. We can usually change or cancel your order within 12 hours of checkout. After that, your order may already be packed and dispatched.

What happens if my order is marked as delivered but I have not received it?

This can happen because of address issues, courier placement, or delivery scan timing. Please contact support as soon as possible and we will help investigate with the courier.
