Shipping Policy
We recommend providing accurate shipping information to avoid misrouted or undelivered orders. Once a package
leaves our warehouse, transit delays are outside our control, but if your package arrives damaged or goes missing
in transit, we will work with you to resolve it. See Damaged Packages and Undelivered Packages below.

Returns and Refunds Policy
Money Back Guarantee
You can try Morning Made risk free. If you are unhappy with your first subscription order for any reason, contact
us at

and we are happy to issue a refund within 90 days of delivery.
We strongly recommend contacting us before initiating a return, to ensure your refund is processed correctly. If
items are returned without contacting us first, we may be unable to identify them, which can delay or void your
refund. We are not responsible for refunding or reshipping items sent to an incorrect address without prior
contact.
The Details:

The guarantee covers one opened tin or pouch, per customer (matcha, chai or turmeric, your choice of one).

It applies to your first subscription order only. It does not apply to one time purchases, or to any order after
your first.
- Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer, and is non refundable.

You must email us tracking information for your return. If tracking is not provided and the return does not
arrive at our warehouse, we cannot issue a refund.
- We will not issue refunds for returns made more than 90 days after delivery. No exceptions.
Returns of Unopened Items
Any paid item in your order that is not covered by the guarantee above, including additional tins or pouches,
accessories such as whisks, cups, tumblers or totes, or components of a bundle such as the Starter Kit, can still
be returned individually for a refund, provided:
- The item is unopened, unused and in its original packaging.
- Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer.

Tracking information is emailed to us. Without tracking, we cannot issue a refund if the item does not arrive.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Gifts With Purchase
Free gifts and bonus items included with your order, such as a complimentary whisk, or a free tin or pouch
received through a buy one get one or promotional offer, have no cash value on their own and cannot be exchanged
for a refund independently.
To qualify for a refund under the Money Back Guarantee, any gift or bonus item received with that order must be
returned in the same shipment, whether opened or unopened. Refunds will not be issued if a gift or bonus item is
missing from the return.
This does not apply to paid items in a multi item order, such as Starter Kit components or multiple quantities
purchased. Those may be returned individually and must be unopened and unused to qualify for a refund on those
items, see Returns of Unopened Items above.
Undelivered or Returned to Sender
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not responsible for reshipping
it. We may issue a refund minus original shipping costs, provided the product is returned in its original,
unopened condition.
If a shipment is returned to us marked undelivered, not due to a customer address error, you may choose a full
refund or a reshipment. We will not accept requests for replacements or refunds on orders past 90 days from
delivery.
Damaged Packages

with photos of the damaged product and packaging. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund for the
affected item or items. We will not accept damage claims made more than 90 days after delivery.
Ordering
Modifying Orders
If you would like to modify or cancel an order after placing it, email us immediately at
hi@morningmade.com. If a packing slip has not yet been created, we can
modify or cancel the order. Once a packing slip has been created, we are unable to edit the original order.
Duplicate Orders
Morning Made is not responsible for duplicate orders placed in error. It is the customer's responsibility to avoid
placing duplicates. If a duplicate order is placed, standard return guidelines above apply.
Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel their subscription at any time from the date of their initial order via their account on our
website. No further charges or shipments will occur once a subscription is cancelled. By subscribing, you agree to
this cancellation policy.
Same Day Cancellations
If you cancel your subscription on the same day as a subscription order, we reserve the right to void that order,
provided it has not yet shipped. If the order has already shipped, standard return conditions above apply.
