We strongly recommend contacting us before initiating a return, to ensure your refund is processed correctly. If items are returned without contacting us first, we may be unable to identify them, which can delay or void your refund. We are not responsible for refunding or reshipping items sent to an incorrect address without prior contact.

The Details:

• The guarantee covers one opened tin or pouch per customer (matcha, chai or turmeric, your choice of one).
  
• It applies to your first subscription order only. It does not apply to one-time purchases or to any order after your first.
  
• Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer and is non-refundable.
  
• You must email us tracking information for your return. If tracking is not provided and the return does not arrive at our warehouse, we cannot issue a refund.
  
• We will not issue refunds for returns made more than 90 days after delivery. No exceptions.
