Blueberry Pancake Matcha Latte

Matcha meets Sunday morning in this blueberry pancake latte. Morning Made Unsweetened Matcha Latte is layered over ice and milk with a two-minute blueberry maple syrup, then finished with a lightly sweetened whipped cream cold foam. Ingredients
  • Blueberry pancake syrup
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • Latte
  • Ice
  • Milk
  • Morning Made Unsweetened Matcha Latte
  • Whipped cream cold foam
  • 4 tbsp heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp powdered sugar
Method
  1. Make the syrup. Microwave blueberries until softened, then mix with maple syrup until combined. Set aside to cool slightly.
  2. Build the latte. Fill a glass with ice, add milk, then prepare and pour over your Morning Made Unsweetened Matcha Latte according to packet directions.
  3. Add syrup. Stir in blueberry pancake syrup to taste.
  4. Make the cold foam. Whisk or froth 4 tbsp heavy whipping cream with 1 tsp powdered sugar until thick and foamy.
  5. Top. Spoon whipped cream cold foam generously over the latte and serve immediately.
