Blueberry Pancake Matcha Latte
Matcha meets Sunday morning in this blueberry pancake latte. Morning Made Unsweetened Matcha Latte is layered over ice and milk with a two-minute blueberry maple syrup, then finished with a lightly sweetened whipped cream cold foam. All the flavour of a stack of blueberry pancakes - no batter required. The iced matcha recipe you didn't know you needed.
Ingredients
- Blueberry pancake syrup
- ½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- Latte
- Ice
- Milk
- Morning Made Unsweetened Matcha Latte
- Whipped cream cold foam
- 4 tbsp heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp powdered sugar
Method
- Make the syrup. Microwave blueberries until softened, then mix with maple syrup until combined. Set aside to cool slightly.
- Build the latte. Fill a glass with ice, add milk, then prepare and pour over your Morning Made Unsweetened Matcha Latte according to packet directions.
- Add syrup. Stir in blueberry pancake syrup to taste.
- Make the cold foam. Whisk or froth 4 tbsp heavy whipping cream with 1 tsp powdered sugar until thick and foamy.
- Top. Spoon whipped cream cold foam generously over the latte and serve immediately.
