Cherry Cold Foam Matcha Latte
Your new favourite iced matcha upgrade. This cherry cold foam matcha latte layers Morning Made Original Matcha Latte over ice and milk, topped with a whipped cherry cream that melts into every sip. Two-minute cherry syrup, five-minute build - coffeeshop results at home.
Ingredients
- Cherry syrup
- ½ cup fresh or frozen cherries
- 1 tsp honey
- Latte
- Ice
- Milk
- Morning Made Original Matcha Latte
- Cherry cold foam
- 4 tbsp heavy whipping cream
- 1 tbsp cherry syrup
Method
- Make the syrup. Microwave cherries until softened, then mix with honey until combined. Set aside to cool slightly.
- Build the latte. Fill a glass with ice, add milk, then prepare and pour over your Morning Made Original Matcha Latte according to packet directions.
- Add syrup. Stir in 1 tbsp of cherry syrup to taste.
- Make the cold foam. Whisk or froth 4 tbsp heavy whipping cream with 1 tbsp cherry syrup until thick and foamy.
- Top. Spoon cherry cold foam generously over the latte and serve immediately.
