Cherry Cold Foam Matcha Latte

Ingredients
  • Cherry syrup
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen cherries
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Latte
  • Ice
  • Milk
  • Morning Made Original Matcha Latte
  • Cherry cold foam
  • 4 tbsp heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp cherry syrup
Method
  1. Make the syrup. Microwave cherries until softened, then mix with honey until combined. Set aside to cool slightly.
  2. Build the latte. Fill a glass with ice, add milk, then prepare and pour over your Morning Made Original Matcha Latte according to packet directions.
  3. Add syrup. Stir in 1 tbsp of cherry syrup to taste.
  4. Make the cold foam. Whisk or froth 4 tbsp heavy whipping cream with 1 tbsp cherry syrup until thick and foamy.
  5. Top. Spoon cherry cold foam generously over the latte and serve immediately.
