Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • ¼ cup arrowroot starch or cornstarch
  • 3 scoops Morning Made Matcha
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil or butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Method
  1. Preheat oven. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Make the dough. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until a cookie dough consistency forms.
  3. Chill. Refrigerate dough for at least 1 hour.
  4. Shape. Roll dough flat and cut into shapes using a Christmas tree cookie cutter.
  5. Bake. Bake for 8 minutes. Allow cookies to cool completely before frosting.
