Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups almond flour
- ¼ cup arrowroot starch or cornstarch
- 3 scoops Morning Made Matcha
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil or butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Method
- Preheat oven. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Make the dough. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until a cookie dough consistency forms.
- Chill. Refrigerate dough for at least 1 hour.
- Shape. Roll dough flat and cut into shapes using a Christmas tree cookie cutter.
- Bake. Bake for 8 minutes. Allow cookies to cool completely before frosting.
