Ingredients
- 1½ tsp Morning Made Mango Matcha + ¼ cup warm water
- Milk of choice
- Ice
- Mango Puree
- 1 mango, chopped
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp water
- Mango Cold Foam
- 4 tbsp heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp mango puree
- To Finish
- Dusting of matcha powder
Method
- Make the Mango Puree. Blend chopped mango, maple syrup, and water together until smooth.
- Make the Matcha. Whisk Mango Matcha with warm water until smooth and frothy.
- Make the Mango Cold Foam. Whisk heavy whipping cream and mango puree together until thick and creamy.
- Assemble. Fill a glass with ice and pour in your milk of choice.
- Layer. Gently pour the mango matcha over the milk.
- Finish. Spoon the mango cold foam on top and dust with matcha powder.
