Made with Unsweetened Matcha Latte Time 10–15 mins Difficulty Easy Makes 1 serving
Ingredients
  • 1 ½ tsp Morning Made Matcha Latte + 75 ml warm water
  • Mango Purée
  • 1 mango, chopped
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 oz water
  • Mango Cold Foam
  • 3 tbsp heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp mango purée
  • To Serve
  • Milk of choice
  • Ice
Method
  1. Make the Matcha. Whisk 1 ½ tsp Morning Made Matcha Latte powder with 75 ml warm water until smooth and frothy.
  2. Prepare the Mango Purée. Blend chopped mango with maple syrup and water until smooth. Set aside 1 tbsp for the cold foam.
  3. Make the Mango Cold Foam. In a small bowl or frother, whisk together heavy cream, milk, and 1 tbsp of the prepared mango purée until thick and creamy.
  4. Assemble. Fill a glass with ice, pour in milk of choice, add the prepared matcha, and top generously with the mango cold foam.
  5. Finish. Dust lightly with extra Morning Made Matcha Latte powder and enjoy.
