Ingredients
- 1 ½ tsp Morning Made Matcha Latte + 75 ml warm water
- Mango Purée
- 1 mango, chopped
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 oz water
- Mango Cold Foam
- 3 tbsp heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp mango purée
- To Serve
- Milk of choice
- Ice
Method
- Make the Matcha. Whisk 1 ½ tsp Morning Made Matcha Latte powder with 75 ml warm water until smooth and frothy.
- Prepare the Mango Purée. Blend chopped mango with maple syrup and water until smooth. Set aside 1 tbsp for the cold foam.
- Make the Mango Cold Foam. In a small bowl or frother, whisk together heavy cream, milk, and 1 tbsp of the prepared mango purée until thick and creamy.
- Assemble. Fill a glass with ice, pour in milk of choice, add the prepared matcha, and top generously with the mango cold foam.
- Finish. Dust lightly with extra Morning Made Matcha Latte powder and enjoy.
