Ingredients
- 1 ½ tsp Morning Made Matcha Latte + 75 ml warm water
- Mango puree: 1 mango (chopped), 1 tbsp maple syrup, 2 oz water
- Mango cold foam: 3 tbsp heavy whipping cream, 2 tbsp milk, 1 tbsp mango puree
Method
- Blend 1 mango with 1 tbsp maple syrup and 2 oz water.
- Whisk 3 tbsp cream, 2 tbsp milk, and 1 tbsp mango puree for foam.
- Fill glass with ice, pour in milk and matcha (1.5 tsp Matcha + 75 ml water).
- Top with mango foam and dust with matcha powder.
