Mango Matcha Popsicles
These mango matcha popsicles are the three-ingredient frozen treat that looks like it took all day. Slice, freeze, dip - whole mango cheeks on a stick, coated in a white chocolate shell spiked with Morning Made Mango Matcha Latte and finished with toasted coconut flakes. Ingredients
- 2 mangos
- ¾ cup white chocolate chips
- 1 tsp melted coconut oil
- 1½ tsp Morning Made Mango Matcha Latte
- Coconut flakes
Method
- Prep. Slice mango into wide cheeks and insert a popsicle stick into each.
- Freeze. Freeze for at least 4 hours until completely solid.
- Melt. Melt white chocolate and coconut oil together until smooth.
- Mix. Whisk in Morning Made Mango Matcha Latte powder until fully combined.
- Coat. Dip each frozen mango piece into the matcha chocolate mixture to coat.
- Top. Sprinkle with coconut flakes immediately before the chocolate sets.
- Set. Return to the freezer for 15 minutes to harden the shell.
