Ingredients
- Matcha Latte:
- Ice
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp Morning Made Matcha
- 2 oz warm water
- Coconut Cold Foam:
- 3 tbsp canned coconut cream
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- Matcha powder, for dusting
Method
- Whisk matcha. Combine matcha with warm water and whisk until smooth and frothy.
- Assemble latte. Fill a glass with ice and milk. Pour the whisked matcha over the top.
- Make cold foam. Whisk together coconut cream, milk, and maple syrup until thick and creamy.
- Finish. Spoon coconut cold foam over the latte and dust lightly with matcha powder before serving.
