Ingredients
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1–2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2–3 tsp Morning Made Unsweetened Matcha
- Coconut flakes, to serve
- Chopped dark chocolate, to serve
Method
- Mix base. In a Ninja Creami pint, combine coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and matcha. Froth until smooth.
- Freeze. Cover and freeze overnight until solid.
- Spin. Process on the Ice Cream setting. Re-spin as needed, adding a splash of milk if required.
- Top & serve. Finish with coconut flakes and chopped dark chocolate.
