Ingredients
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1–2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2–3 tsp Morning Made Unsweetened Matcha
  • Coconut flakes, to serve
  • Chopped dark chocolate, to serve
Method
  1. Mix base. In a Ninja Creami pint, combine coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and matcha. Froth until smooth.
  2. Freeze. Cover and freeze overnight until solid.
  3. Spin. Process on the Ice Cream setting. Re-spin as needed, adding a splash of milk if required.
  4. Top & serve. Finish with coconut flakes and chopped dark chocolate.
