Ingredients
  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp Morning Made Unsweetened Matcha
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Berries, to serve
  • Maple syrup, to serve
  • Powdered sugar, to serve
Method
  1. Make batter. In a bowl, mix mashed banana, milk, flour, matcha, and baking powder until smooth.
  2. Pipe pancakes. Pour batter into a piping bag. Lightly grease a pan with butter or oil and pipe small pancakes.
  3. Flip. When bubbles appear on the surface, flip and cook until golden.
  4. Serve. Plate and top with berries, maple syrup, and powdered sugar.
