Ingredients
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- Ice
- Milk of choice
- ½ tsp Morning Made Matcha
- 2 oz warm water
- ¼ tsp peppermint extract
- White chocolate (for rimming)
- Red sprinkles or crushed candy canes
Method
- Rim the glass. Dip the rim in melted white chocolate, then into sprinkles or crushed candy canes.
- Prepare matcha. Whisk matcha with warm water and peppermint extract until smooth.
- Assemble. Fill glass with ice, add maple syrup and milk, then pour matcha on top.
- Serve. Stir gently before drinking.
