Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Morning Made Strawberry Matcha
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1/3 cup dried sago pearls
- 10 oz strawberry heart nata de coco
- 12 oz strawberry boba pearls
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, quartered
- 1/3 cup dairy-free evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup dairy-free condensed milk
- 1/2 cup plant-based milk of choice
- Ice cubes
Method
- Cook the sago pearls. Bring a pot with 4–5 cups of water to a boil. Add the dried sago pearls, stirring as you do so. Reduce heat to medium and let cook for 15 minutes, or until only a small white center remains in each pearl.
- Let stand. Turn off the heat and cover. Let stand for 15 minutes, or until the pearls are completely translucent.
- Cool the pearls. Strain the pearls and run under cold water. Submerge in a bowl of cold water or simple syrup until needed.
- Make the matcha milk. In a bowl, add the Morning Made Strawberry Matcha and warm water. Combine using an electric whisk, then add the plant-based milk and whisk again.
- Combine. In a large mixing bowl, add the fresh strawberries, nata de coco, boba pearls, condensed milk, evaporated milk, matcha milk, sago pearls, and ice cubes. Stir to combine.
- Serve. Serve and enjoy!
