Ingredients
- For the Latte:
- 1 tbsp sugar cookie syrup
- Ice
- Milk of choice
- ½ tsp Morning Made Matcha
- 2 oz warm water
- Sugar Cookie Cold Foam:
- 3 tbsp heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp sugar cookie syrup
- Holiday sprinkles
Method
- Prepare matcha. Whisk matcha with warm water until smooth.
- Assemble latte. Fill a glass with ice, add sugar cookie syrup, and pour in milk. Top with matcha.
- Make cold foam. Froth heavy cream, milk, and sugar cookie syrup until thick.
- Finish. Spoon cold foam on top and decorate with holiday sprinkles.
