Ingredients
- For the Latte:
- 1 tbsp toasted marshmallow syrup
- Ice
- Milk of choice
- ½ tsp Morning Made Matcha
- 2 oz warm water
- Toasted Marshmallow Cold Foam:
- 3 tbsp heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp toasted marshmallow syrup
- Shaved dark chocolate
- Mini marshmallows
Method
- Prepare matcha. Whisk matcha with warm water until smooth.
- Assemble latte. Fill a glass with ice, add toasted marshmallow syrup, milk, and matcha.
- Make cold foam. Froth heavy cream, milk, and syrup until thick.
- Finish. Top with cold foam, shaved dark chocolate, and mini marshmallows on a cocktail stick.
