Ingredients:
1 tin of condensed milk
1-2 tsp matcha
400g white chocolate
Method:
Line a 20cm square baking tray with baking paper.
In a saucepan over low heat (or in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water), gently melt the chocolate with condensed milk. Stir until smooth.
Remove from heat and sift the matcha powder into the mixture. Stir until fully combined.
Pour into tin, and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Slice & serve!
