Made with Unsweetened Matcha Latte Time 15 mins Difficulty Easy Makes 1 serving
Ingredients
  • Earl Grey Syrup
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 Earl Grey tea bags
  • 1 cup sugar
  • Iced Matcha Latte
  • 1 ½ tsp Morning Made Matcha + 50–80 ml warm water
  • ½ tbsp Earl Grey syrup
  • 150 ml milk of choice
  • Ice
Method
  1. Make the Earl Grey Syrup. Bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Add the Earl Grey tea bags and steep for 5 minutes. Remove tea bags, stir in sugar, and mix until dissolved. Let cool completely.
  2. Prepare the Matcha. Whisk 1 ½ tsp Morning Made Matcha with 50–80 ml warm water until smooth and frothy.
  3. Assemble the Latte. Fill a glass with ice, pour in milk, add the prepared matcha, and drizzle in ½ tbsp of Earl Grey syrup. Stir gently to combine.
  4. Finish. Garnish with a thin slice of lemon or dust of matcha if desired.
