Ingredients
- Earl Grey Syrup
- 1 cup water
- 3 Earl Grey tea bags
- 1 cup sugar
- Iced Matcha Latte
- 1 ½ tsp Morning Made Matcha + 50–80 ml warm water
- ½ tbsp Earl Grey syrup
- 150 ml milk of choice
- Ice
Method
- Make the Earl Grey Syrup. Bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Add the Earl Grey tea bags and steep for 5 minutes. Remove tea bags, stir in sugar, and mix until dissolved. Let cool completely.
- Prepare the Matcha. Whisk 1 ½ tsp Morning Made Matcha with 50–80 ml warm water until smooth and frothy.
- Assemble the Latte. Fill a glass with ice, pour in milk, add the prepared matcha, and drizzle in ½ tbsp of Earl Grey syrup. Stir gently to combine.
- Finish. Garnish with a thin slice of lemon or dust of matcha if desired.
