Have been buying this for a year or so and when I ran out recently I decided to try a cheaper alternative that said it was also organic ceremonial etc etc but it was bitter and horrid compared to morning made. I’ve tried many a matcha powder over the last 5 years and watched the matcha boom happen right in front of me. Scrumptious! I use the unsweetened and make it my own. I adore dressing this unsweetened up with different complimenting flavors that delightfully dance upon my tongue up to my brain! The taste is divine, not cheap like most others. The sweet earthy tones are a delightful to sip upon.
